Banana, Milk, Honey, Yogurt

Add a banana, milk, honey, yogurt and some ice into a blender.  Mix to make a shake. This is one of many home remedies that will comfort the symptoms of a hangover.  Bananas are high in electrolytes which help replace those lost while drinking.  



Milk, Ginger

Add some ground ginger powder to warm milk and mix together. This is one of many home remedies that will comfort the symptoms of a hangover! Try it! 


Cinnamon, Honey,  Cayenne Pepper, Water

Boil 2 cups warm water. Add a1 tsp of cinnamon, 1 Tbsp honey, and a pinch of Cayenne pepper. Let this mixture sit to cool down some. Drink this home remedy when it cool enough to do so. It will help your hangover symptoms. 


Sea Salt, Water

Mix 1 Tbsp Sea Salt into a glass of water. Gargle mixture for 20 seconds. Spit out and repeat. This has been a simple and effective home remedy to relieve a bad breath associated with hangovers.

 Honey, Tea  

Add some honey to a cup of warm tea. Sip on this home remedy drink to relieve symptoms associated with hangovers.

Tang.Dringing a tall glass of tang helps relieve a hangover---thanks to the vitamin c in it.
